The Georgia Association of Occupational Health Nurses is made up of health professionals across the State of Georgia that are employed in the workplace to care for employees health and wellness needs. We blend a knowledge of health and business with health care expertise to promote a safe and healthy work environment for employees while cost-effectively managing overall health and safety of the workplace. We are Executives, Insurance-Pension Specialists, Bookkeepers, Public Relations workers, Teachers, Compliance Officers, Dieticians, Case Managers and Statisticians as well as Nurses, all rolled into one.
We work in Manufacturing facilities, Corporate offices, Hospitals, and even our homes. As the largest group of health care providers serving the workplace, occupational and environmental health nurses positively impact the health and safety of the millions of people who work every day.
